Principles

At our school, the focus is on preparing students for the world of work and professional life: We offer excellent training opportunities in various subject areas and maintain close contact with companies, authorities, and other schools.

At our school, we place great value on tolerance, respect, and good cooperation. We align ourselves with the latest scientific findings on both social and ecological issues and strive to integrate them into our daily school life.

The goal of FMS 15 is to ensure that our graduates are well-prepared for their future lives and professional careers. Therefore, we purposefully tailor our teaching to our school motto:

FIT 4 LIFE

FIT 4 JOB

The students at our school learn and reinforce fundamental behaviors that enable respectful interactions with one another. Our focus is on appropriate communication and conflict resolution skills.

Our goal is for our students to become independent young individuals who know their strengths and areas for growth and present themselves with confidence. We support our students in developing leadership skills.

We welcome all students and strive to create an inclusive and safe environment for everyone – regardless of their native language, gender, skin color, age, abilities, or religion. Equally important to us is that our students are open to new experiences and willing to listen to others.

Our students learn to think critically about themselves, their actions and attitudes, as well as in social situations, and to express their thoughts in words.

A key focus at our school is on polite and professional communication, as well as on fostering discipline and perseverance. Our students learn standardized business correspondence and communication strategies relevant to the professional world.

FIT 4 JOB

A unique feature of our school is that all students spend one day a week in a field of their choice, where they are both practically and theoretically prepared for their future profession. Additionally, as part of our Career Practice Days, our students spend two weeks each year in companies of their choice. There, they gain initial work experience and build important connections.

At FMS 15, it is important to us to support students individually in planning their future educational paths. Our goal is that no student leaves our school without knowing what comes next.

We actively support our students in their application processes. This includes creating a professional application portfolio, preparing for job interviews and auditions, as well as providing active assistance in application procedures, whether digital or analog.

Taking responsibility for oneself and one’s actions is crucial for achieving long-term success in further educational and career paths. Fostering independent work and responsibly managing application processes helps our students develop leadership skills and advance in their professional lives.

Our school is equipped with modern computer labs, allowing us to introduce digital tools to all students. For students with a particular interest in information technology, we offer additional specialization in this field.
